iba ag arrives in Italy, presenting a series of hardware and software dedicated to the world of process control. The main target is to foreseen to the end users and to companies, who design and manufacture the machineries and production lines, some products dedicated to:
- Staff Quality Manager;
- Staff Production Manager;
- Personnel for electrical and mechanical maintenance.
These products are often used in the steel plants, as EAF/LF Furnaces, continuous casting machines (CCM) until the end of any rolling mill, through the preheating furnace and the finish area, as a stacker machine, a winder or and high speed block (BGV).
The ultimate goal is to provide a range of instruments, based on the latest technologies available to generate reports of production, having the characteristics necessary to perform quality control of finished products or semi-finished and all the tools necessary to optimize the production process and troubleshooting. We are pleased that what we propose is not invasive and therefore its integration can be carried out in equipment of an old design and installation. Our products can be installed without requiring the line’s stop, but can be installed during routine maintenance activities planned, this is thanks to a number of benefits obtained through the use of protocols and interface cards designed and developed to meet the needs of communication and interfacing with many different control systems.

The Compri tube cleaning system is based upon environmentally friendly molded and flexible polyurethane foam projectiles, which are compacted and propelled by means of compressed air at speed of up to 15 meters per second through Hose Tube and Pipes (HTP).
